So I flipped the script. Instead of charts, I showed how a system-wide strategy could cut costs, boost efficiency, open new markets—and shave 30% off a client’s emissions while saving millions. Suddenly, sustainability wasn’t just “nice to have”—it was a clear profit driver.
Born in Spain, I honed my skills in Sweden at a top university for system transformation and sustainability strategy. Now in the Netherlands, I run rapid “decarbonization sprints”: mapping systems on digital whiteboards, pinpointing high-impact moves, and turning data into simple, action-ready plans.
